Current Project

In cooperation with Datakon s. r. o. and Manz AG are working on the development of complete control and assembly line software for the production of Inverters for Mercedes Benz electric cars. (2023 – 2024)

Successfully completed projects

Carmeuse Shaft Furnaces

In cooperation with Datakon s. r. o. we have developed a complete software for the control of the lime production process in the three shaft kilns of Carmeuse (2022 – 2023)

USS Košice steel gate pushers and crashers

In cooperation with Datakon s. r. o. and ABB Slovensko successfully replaced and supplemented the existing control system of the equipment for pushing steel gates into the bumping furnaces at the Hot Rolling Mill at US Steel Košice. (2023)

HV Filter Line Panasonic

In cooperation with TechniquesLine s. r. o. we have developed complete software for control, robotic assembly, camera control and production of high-voltage filters serving as a component for BMW electric cars for Panasonic. The line was successfully launched at Ficosa’s Barcelona, Spain site (2022-2023)

VW Martin handling line

In cooperation with TechniquesLine s. r. o. we have developed software for controlling the line mediating the flow of material to and from CNC milling and drilling machines. The line also included a two-axis manipulator capable of transferring workpieces over a distance of several metres. (2022)
